“The property was very cold when we arrived and the information for starting the heating was totally incorrect. The boiler had to be set to heating, which wasn't mentioned and the thermostat one that required our knowledge from our own at home to get it to work! The radiator in the bedroom didn't work at all. We contacted the agent, but nothing happened despite promises! The main part of the accommodation was reasonable clean but the seal to the screen of the shower was mouldy and covered in……

“Though only 3 miles from Bristol City Centre, the cottage is in charming, peaceful setting. There is a beautiful, large garden with chickens, and orchards to explore. The cottage itself has been tastefully restored, is comfortable, and well equipped. The owners, who live in the adjoining house, were very friendly and helpful.”
