「Our 2 nights stay at very good. Britannia beach is fantastic, our host Milton provided clear instructions for quick check in, was very responsive. Inside, place was very clean, kitchen well furnished, comfortable bedding, and plenty of seating space in the lounge. We also loved the outdoor decking space and sofa. Couple of things to note, the host does live in the house basement as noted in the description. This is somewhat confusing if like us you are searching for an “ entire home “. We were a...

「Lovely accommodation. Clean. Bonus - common room where we played cards. Great view. Location was good, a good workout to get anywhere. Everything’s at the top of a hill.
Check in was the downside. The clerk started our check in then answered a call and went on the computer with another guest. 😲😴 Customer service 101 - deal with the customer standing in front of you. We had had a very long and tiring travel day and did not appreciate this interlude. Absolutely no information given on check in...

「Host was very responsive and helpful, the check in process is super easy and friendly too. The room was a bit smaller than expected but had everything we needed, is a good space if you are going to be exploring outside and coming back to sleep, very good location and a short walk from businesses, trails and a beach.」
