"The room was acceptable when it comes to cleanliness. Lots of little things could be better like having a microwave oven turn table platter that fit the microwave. The air conditioner was extremely loud so we didn’t get much sleep the first night but they had no problem moving us to a different room for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. Cooked pealed eggs in a rice cooker were like rubber bouncing balls. The area was reasonably quiet and we enjoyed watching the local Marmots. Overall the rooms and esthetics of the building were slightly run down."

"Very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had a confirmed reservation, but due to a major highway shutdown caused by a flipped truck, all roads leading to the hotel were completely closed for over 8 hours. Authorities had already announced that the highway would not reopen that night, and by the time we contacted the hotel, it was already 11 p.m. with absolutely no possible way for us to reach the property. Despite this being a complete emergency situation and entirely out of our control, the manager refused to issue a refund. The reservation was canceled, but the hotel still kept our money even though access to the hotel was impossible because all roads were officially closed. We expected at least some understanding and flexibility during such an unusual situation, but instead experienced very poor customer service and no willingness to help. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience."

"The room was not properly clean, staff was rude, no coffee pods and stand in room, not properly maintained, poor management. Not recommend to anyone. I don't know why expedia list such kind of property in their platform, tottaly waste of money."

"The springs were incredibly relaxing and 5 stars for convenience to walk over from our room. The negatives were that most of the facilities were closed for repairs (Nordic cold plunge, steam room, guest pool, and the 3rd pool at the triplex facility) I was really looking forward to those. Also, everything closes too early- 9pm. The kitchen closes at 10. Good for super early risers, but not for adults wishing to socialize in the cooler evening hours. We had a dog, so we had a rougher condition room, understandably. The room was adequate, although it was very dated with peeling wallpaper, very old furniture and cheap foam pillows. The bathroom window wouldn’t stay open, so I had to prop it open with a creative solution. The AC filter was clogged, so I cleaned it in the shower. Not a huge deal, and perhaps this was all priced in, however this is a very expensive resort and I expected more value for the high cost of the room and resort. I will definitely return at least once a year. This was my first stay. The front desk manager, Harmon, was sweet, kind, and very helpful. Thank you! "
