"We stayed for one night, with my wife and 7nyears old child. Its my fiirst time with merecure group if hotels , i expected a warm welcoming and a friendly services, the it was not happened. In the room there was no water jug and glass. When i telephone the reception they gave me a answer, " tye water ..."

"the rooms were excellent, spacious and nice amenities, the open bath was a nice touch. importantly rooms have A/C! easy parking outside and easy access to the Pub, restaurant and little zoo. Highly recommend. head to the pub to check in (that bit could have been clearer)."
