Very clean, friendly staff. Modern design, decent breakfast. Helpful restaurant dinner option as not a lot of options close to hotel for food. Room was basic, but comfortable.

The FairHotel is a small hotel not far away from the exhibition. By feet its 30min to the city center. The hotel is really nice, the staff is polite. The area around is typically post-soialistic and the parking situation is awful.

A very nice very clean hotel with comfortable bed. A pretty area that felt safe and walkable. It’s not very near much unless you want to walk a good mile plus. Breakfast was quite nice. While not an upscale hotel it was a nice hotel and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern

Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet, in die Altstadt von Brünn braucht man zu Fuß 20-30 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und funktionell eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Das angeschlossener Restaurant bietet hervorragendes Essen und das gesamte Personal ist einfach nur ausgezeichnet.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairhotel; the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is new and in great condition. Trams are a short walk away so no worries getting to and from the city. I have difficult dietary requirements but the staff were very accommodating and I always had a great breakfast.

Modern, clean, and well-run hotel. Walking in, my first thought was that it was the nicest room that I had stayed in within Europe (outside of a resort). The staff was exceptionally friendly. It helped that they spoke English, because my Czech was rudimentary. I didn't realize that I had to book a parking spot ahead of time, but the woman at the desk offered to walk outside to save a spot on the street until I could move my car. The neighborhood is not beautiful, nor was the hotel easy to find. However, it was a short walk to the more majestic parts of the town center. Very good experience.
