Wonderful!

This house was even better than we expected. It's brand new, spotless, cozy, had everything we needed. When I say we loved it...we looooved it. It was perfect for our small family of 3. We have stayed in Broken Bow several times and this house is by far our favorite. The bed was comfy. Spa shower was great. My son loved the bunk room with the game console. We enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse playing ping pong, horseshoes, basketball, and pickle ball then in the evenings using the grill and hot tub. We also loved that the drive was easy (the development is right off the main hwy) and its close to all of the fun attractions. No issues or complaints at all. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Cozy Cottage

We had an amazing time on this trip. The house was super cozy, clean, and cute. It felt brand new and was the perfect size for my family. The staff was wonderful and attentive when needed. We will be back next year!

Peaceful retreat with thoughtful touches

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. From the cozy setup to the scenic surroundings, it was the perfect escape. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was just perfect for our family of 5! Everything was as advertised. Home was sparkling when we entered. Excellent kitchen appliances made cooking easy. We used the hot tub daily and the older kids loved being able to walk over to play basketball/pickleball while we rested midday. Location made it easy to get both up to Hochatown and down to Broken Bow. We couldn’t have asked for anything else! Wish we had stayed a little longer!

Our little family of three stayed here for an extended weekend and had the best time! The property was beautiful, the cottage so clean, and the amenities were perfect for our two year old. He loved the basketball hoop, pool, and splash pad. The only slight bummer was the Wi-Fi was not working in the cottage the entire weekend, so we had to utilize the Wi-Fi from a neighboring cabin which only worked for us 50% of the time. The property manager was great when we told her the Wi-Fi was not working, she checked in on us multiple times, and did everything in her power to make sure we had a great stay anyways. Not a big deal though as we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and activities in Hochatown. We would definitely stay here again!
