Staff at the main casino was awful to us. We showed up at 7:30 PM and was told they gave away our room because we did not arrive by 7PM. Nowhere was it stated that our room would be given away. When we asked if there was another room available the supervisor said “it’s Saturday and we’re fully booked” ...

Staff was great we came in for Valentine’s Day, the room itself was an average hotel room.
