"Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. "

This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower...

"The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold...
