Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay”

“We had a great weekend in MSP at this location. Hunter was a great host. Very easy, convenient location to shopping and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, didn't even realize there was a dog next door except we saw his cute face in the window as we came and went. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.”

“great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.”

“I’ve been traveling to Minneapolis for over 20 years and I’ve never stayed in this area of downtown. I decided to give it a shot even though it was right across from the baseball stadium and a very loud area. However I found the apartment hotel to be excellent well-maintained beautiful, right across the street from the metro a few local dining options but many others within half a mile walk and of course the baseball and basketball stadiums within five minutes of your hotel overall I’d highly……

“Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. ”
