「For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . 「First of all, I couldn't even stay at the apartment. The host couldn't even get back to me, the number they had put to call if any questions, it wasn't even there right phone number. I feel embarrassed to say but I spent my money for an apartment that I couldn't even sleep in. I can't even get my money back.」
