“Our family of 4 and 2 dogs traveled in from NoVA to spend time with extended family in the area. What a great little getaway right next to Greek Peak (Trax Pizza and Mountainside Cone: yummy!)The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were great, kitchen easy to use. Everything was clean.We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and Phil is by far the most attentive and responsive host we’ve ever rented from. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and picnic basket filled with S’mores fixings waiting for……

“We had a great time at this house! Came in for Cooperstown ASV baseball. There were 4 families with 10 yo and 15 yo. Had plenty of space, hosted a team party where we had dinner, roasted s'mores, and kids explored the creek. It was hot night one, but fine the other nights. We were 10-12 min to ASV.”

“We had a great weekend at this property. The house is adorable and the space was great to get family together. Only small flaw for our group was the spiral staircase as we had a number of small children who wanted to climb up and down most of the time there. Otherwise perfect time away with our group. Would absolutely recommend.”
