“Great stay everything was great ”

“The hotel is easy to find and close to York famous city walls. The room is not too big but enough for single traveller. Reception lady is kind and offering help with my big luggage upstair. ”

“酒店很有特色，穿过酒店的bar到达lodge所在的小庭院。庭院还可以通到二楼露台及室内早餐所在的餐厅。 房间内暖气打开很快暖和起来，卫生间和淋雨分开，单独地暖。房间大小适中，展开一个大箱子比还不影响正常活动。 早餐很好，稍微有点慢，可能因为我们习惯了着急。”

“The bed is too soft which we felt backpain all day. We have tried both breakfast and dinner inside the hotel, but the taste is not good as their description. Maybe it's not suitable for us only. ”

“This hotel was vey horrible. The bed and quilt and bed are full of stain. The room, corridor and carpet are very dirty, they are full of sour smell (like vomit after drunk), the heater and exhaust fan are dusty, and a lot of louse and ants. 100% not recommend!!!!”

“We loved the hotel our room was excellent, we thought the traffic noise would be loud overnight but it didn’t keep us awake . The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I loved that there were electric sockets right by the bed so I could plug in my phone.Our breakfast in the morning was wonderful and extra water for tea and coffee for my husband were no problem .”

“Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. Lots of little touches like kits with things you might need, plenty of shower wash, shampoo etc. tea, coffee & sugar well Stocked as well as little biscuits & bottles of water. Far outweighed what we had expected. Excellent location with access to the marina and the……

“Received a warm welcome from the owners and staff at The River Don Tavern. Had a lovely meal, well cook with generous portions. Good size room with large bed, plenty of tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits. Good breakfast supplied. Shower a bit dated, but clean with plenty of hot water. Spacious car park. Quiet farming village with safe walks for our dog. Enjoyed our stay. ”
