great location - house not great

The property was in a great location. The check in process was easy etc. What wasn't clear on the ad was there are windows without furnishings that mean the sun streams into the bedrooms unblocked. Also, the light from the living room shines unblocked into one of the bedrooms. Not ideal for anyone who doesn't all go to bed at the same time.

Great Location

It's hard not to love any time spent at Broulee, especially when it's a great location, close to the beach (surf club), and close to the shops, cafes and brewery. House is perfectly comfortable, but fairly basic. Overall a good base for a family beach holiday.
