「Nice apartment and well located to downtown. Have to warn you you’re in the third floor with that many stairs to climb. I’m handicapped so it was a journey. Sat night bar noise is also a downfall. Address listed in listing is wrong, not third street but market st. Few minor things that need repaired but I thought overall nice place to stay. 」

Air conditioner worked great Things that could use improvement—not enough comfortable sitting in the living room for six people. Black out shades in the room with twin beds so kids sleep longer. Better mattress support so when two adults sit on the mattress it doesn’t sag almost to the floor 」

「New Richmond looks like a ghost town, but it has an excellent coffee shop right next to our bldg. the place was quiet & the apartment is clean & comfortable & sharp looking. The bathroom is in major need of a remodel, especially the shower. Otherwise the place was perfect for our needs & was easy to get to Cincinnati too.」
