「Great house for extended family stay. The house had the perfect layout for a large group gathering/spending time together before/during/after our wedding event. 「2 families/friends in town for a softball tournament. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, so close to all popular attractions and amenities. 7 minutes from seaside heights boardwalk. 40 minutes from great adventure. If you forgot something and it isn’t already provided by the host, shopping is also only 15-35 minutes away. The pool/patio is fantastic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. 4 adults and 2 teen guests. 」

「I surprised my mom and aunt and found this Gem! Maria was very nice! Perfect for 2 or 3 people,the backyard on the bay is PERFECT! LBI was a hop,skip,and jump away! 」

「The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.」

"The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time."
