“Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience. ”

“Great location and wonderful accommodation with beautiful decor. One suggestion might be to have instructions for the appliances lamented for visitors. It took us a minute to figure out the stove and oven. Check in was super easy too. Highly recommend. ”

La pulizia del pavimento al nostro arrivo non era impeccabile, il piumino per il letto matrimoniale è un po' corto e non c erano altre coperte. La sera era un po' fresco. ”

“Apartment was very spacious and check in staff was great, however apartment was not very clean, poor maintenance of apartment such as broken and rusty baseboards broken flooring. Great potential for a beautiful property.”

“Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.”

“Lovely stay and in an excellent location in beautiful Marylebone. Silvia was great at communicating with us and was so kind to let us check in early (which was much appreciated since we’d just arrived from a 10 hour flight). We stayed in the studio apartment which is down in the basement. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs since these older London buildings can be loud when someone is entering the building above you. Other than that, the only other hiccup we encountered……
