Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings. 」

「Pullman has NO ties to Expedia and there for my reservation was not filled..When I called Pullman Hotel to get my key he said he is NOT with Expedia in any way so I could not get a room for there were no room available, had to go to another town to get a Hotel room...I am demanding a REFUND from you Expedia back to my credit card..$85.37 」

「Nice cabin, lots of extras. Right on the lake. Lots of birds and woodpeckers. Had a problem with heat instructions- when we got there it was rainy and cold. Had to get in touch with Jason. He told us how to turn the heat on after we sat in the cold for four hours! Next 2 days weather was per. Would recommend and would stay again!」
