"Airport shuttle was excellent. Connected to a mall and very near to airport. Very good for transit. If the hotel lobby is upgraded to new furniture it will be better."

"Bathroom fan is on 24/7. Shower doors broken won’t close. Lack of hot water (6 min max). Extremely Leaky toilet. Leaky bidet hose. Broken air conditioner remote. Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night. Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water. Lacking “do not disturb” door sign. Loud sounds from water pipes. Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate. Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only. Stray dogs wandering around."

"Very dirty. No amenities provided. Tv has a warning label on it saying do not use. No hair dryer. Literally NOTHING apart from stained sheets on bed. Enough said..."

"Good location amongst nearby shops and modestukj priced restaurants, cooperative desk staff , big rooms and good hard beds ( as found in China) , try the Bruneiwide well known Palm Garden Hotel ."
