“The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!”

“The location is great. Theaters restaurants are within walking distance. A quick car ride or public transportation to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and area attractions. Parking garage is definitely a bonus.”

Right in front of a bus stop that opens options for you to go anywhere around town. A/C works good, right next to the university and downtown, pretty peaceful too.”

“The downtown location was great. We were able to walk to most of the things we did. The check in process is convoluted but luckily we didn’t have any issues. The place itself was clean and updated. The beds were pretty firm and uncomfortable. There was an issue with the TV in the living room and I needed to restart it every time as it would start too dark and you could barely see the picture. The recommended parking garage was really creepy and we opted to NOT park there. Communication through……
