「Love the pool and the beach access. The condo had a foul smell, and the sliding door was very difficult to open other than that nice trip」

「We had already been on the road for 14 days and nights. It was so nice to be in a condo instead of a hotel. The place was equipped with everything. The host was fantastic. Answered my questions immediately via text. The check-in process was easy. The grounds are great. They have a golf course a restaurant on the property. The only downfall in that area is everything closes for dinner by 9 o’clock. You are close to North Myrtle Beach so if you wanted to stay out late, I’m sure there was things to...

「Great condo with cute deco」

「This is a beautiful home. Everyone in our party just loved it! It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.」

「This property is stunning and in a great location for downtown. Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we needed to include pool towels, laundry detergent, umbrellas, blankets for a cozy evening in the living room, kitchen utensils and coffee fixins. The bed was very comfortable. The evening was quiet and we rested well. The pool area is private and relaxing as is the front balcony for morning coffee. I wanted to have something negative to say so that this property wouldn’t get...

「Great host with great communication! Beach access is the major plus with this property. The building itself is a bit dated, and the smell of Marijuana was very prevalent the first few days of our stay (from guests in other units), but this unit was clean and modern! Would recommend to anyone with a small family looking for easy beach access.」

「This is our third time back to the property. Hosts are always easy to communicate with and it’s a very short walk to the beach. I’m sure we’ll be back again.」

「Great location with easy access to beach. Host was very responsive. Would definitely rent again」

「great family condo had an excellent time. very convenient to beach and pool」

「We have stayed, many times, in this condo an have always be beyond pleased with the ease of check-in, cleanness of the condo and the excellent communication with owner. We enjoy that the pool is literally steps away from the condo!」

「I'm a picky person,in this case i wouldnt change a thing. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to our hosts for their diligence!」

「Beautiful, immaculate, top notch condo with amazing view of the marina - a little piece of paradise」

「We had a great stay at this condo! There was plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked well with anything we needed to cook with. We loved the location, and being close to both the pool and beach access was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this place!」

「The property was great for the 2 of us. Be aware if you have mobility issues, that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. However, that also gives a marsh and ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The cleaning and service fees seems a bit excessive, especially when guests have to bring their own sheets and towels. Mercy was great to work with, very helpful and prompt in returning messages. There is a very large and comfortable sectional couch in the living room.」

「Beautiful condo and location. The unit had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this to others and we will go back.」

「Coming into the apartment it smelled really moldy. This is concerning, water was dripping out of the kitchen cabinets, they tried to use some room scent, but it’s smelled bad. We had the windows open when we were inside, mold is very unhealthy. The patio door wouldn’t close completely and the looks are all rusty. I was hoping for a nice unit since the location is really nice」

「Yes the pool was clean and the pet accommodation's were fine. However 」
