酒店位置良好,步行到市區不同的景點也很方便。 三人房間很大,提供一張雙人床及一張摺床,但摺床中間位置凹陷,不太舒適。房間內有小型客廳及工作間,打開兩件大型行李及一件中型行李後仍有很多空間。 洗手間與浴室分開。浴缸的浴屏中間有空隙,很容易把地板大範圍弄濕,需花時間清理。花灑水溫也會突然變得很熱,每次沐浴也需要調較水溫數次。

其實我最後入住的是另一間NH酒店,我晚上到達時,職員說忘記清潔房間(因為我是前一日才訂的),他說會叫的士車我們去附近另一間NH酒店(那一間感覺更高級,而我們只需按原來舊的價錢付費便可),的士費用由酒店付,所以也沒法寫什麼

Very close to the main train station and an easy train ride straight from the airport, so the location is ideal for travel connections. Nice place, room is small but very clean and well equipped.

Great location - 5 min walk to Brussels Central Station. Close to Galeries Hubert and grand place. Wolf Street food market also close by. Junior suite size was very good for 3 people. Massive bed and the extra bed also good. English tv channels BBC1&2 plus ITV1 and news. Tv is old so no Netflix function or casting abilities. Room was well insulated and could not get the air con to work which meant it was hot at night. Slept with window open and street therefore noisy. Mini refrigerator, tea, coffee in room with iron and ironing board and safe. Toilet separate to bathroom. Bathroom had no heat in it. Also no extraction so mirror steamed up very quickly. No taps in bath so had to run the shower for the bath. Shower screen has gaps so water goes all over the floor making a massive slip hazard. Shower pressure was good. Toiletries were poor quality. Hairdrier was good. Towel size average. Slippers and robes were supposed to be on the bathroom but were not provided. Had to ask. Slippers were then provided but no robes available at any point despite advertised on website. Did not get breakfast in the hotel as felt it did not represent value for for money and no discount t on breakfast for a child. We went to Arkadi cafe, Le Pain Quotidien and Lloyd Cafe all close by. There is also a carrefour market near the grand place to stock up on snacks, drinks and fruits. Cleanliness of the room was generally good but furniture stained and hotel is getting tired.

The location was ideal for going to Easter mass at the Cathedral. The shopping and dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and showers were powerful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options to eat. We had a power outage during our stay, and we were not able to take showers, or baths. We climbed the staircase to and from our 5th floor rooms, this was an inconvenience and hope this doesn't happen in the future.

Not the standard I expect at NH Hotels - old rooms, no insulation, old wall heaters and very dated. All the Other NH Hotels I have stayed in have had bars, rooftops, lovely rooms so it was disappointing to say the least. Our room was very noisy so we asked to be moved - which we were immediately, however, as reception stated - it would make no difference as all the rooms are the same - they were correct so avoid this one and stay at the other NH and don't be confused with the Title Grand Place as it is not next to the Grand Place

This was a lovey place to start our trip. Good location to nearby shopping. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we return!

The location of the hotel is perfect! Its walkable to central station ideal for doing day trips. Its so close to the grand place and all other attractions can be reached using local trams and buses. The rooms are clean and decent. The only issue was the water temperature it was very tempremental.
