AMAZING!

This was by far the best place I stayed at during my entire trip across Europe. It was within budget, but it was incredible service. It's in a really nice area, and the walk down to City Hall is enjoyable. Be sure to book here if you can!

Good hotel

Smallest double room I’ve ever stayed in at this hotel. As a customer who has been attending the hotel for 7 years I was a little disappointed. But, the staff friendliness and the hotels proximity to everywhere always make up for it.

Would stay again

We had a great 3 night stay. Really no complaints. Good for the price. Clean, lifts worked, nice big lobby, secure luggage room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room, lovely shower. Would stay again. It's location is relatively convenient. Maybe keep valuables well hidden if walking around here at night time.

Great location , well deserved by public transport with different options of trams/metro. On the last day we were able to use the parking although we checked out. Staff available and ready to help even at night when AC wasn’t working and ready to offer new room regardless of the late time.

The room too warm, we asked for the fan. Also the last day morning, around 8 am , the house keeping just opened the door without knocking. And we were sleeping and not checking out time yet! It wasn’t feeling good. Except those. Everything was good!

Convenient location

The hotel was located in a shopping area with relatively more high end brands. As such the streets nearby are very tidy, and there is an underground station in walking distance. Room was tidy and the junior suite we stayed was lovely. Room was basic but spacious and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just few drawbacks: it was a bit under-staffed as there were only two staff handling the quite long queue of customers waiting for check out; there was a nespresso machine in the room but no capsules were found inside the room; and one of the air conditioners in my room was very noisy. Other than these, the stay and the hotel were all good.

Mukava hotelli, illalla paikka on rauhallinen. Huoneemme oli hotellin takana, josta oli tyylikäs katunäkymä ja hotellin läheltä menevän raitiovaunun ääni ei sinne juuri kuulunut. Lyhyehkö matka kävellä useille nähtävyyksille, esimerkiksi maailmanpyörälle. Kävelimme tyttöystävän kanssa Brussels Midi -asemalta hotellille, matka oli melko lyhyt normaalikuntoiselle aikuiselle kävellä kevyiden kantamusten kanssa. Itse hotellissa oli todella mukava henkilökunta, joka oli auttavainen ja joustava. Hotellin lähellä on hyvin ravintoloita ja myös kahvilaa löytyy muutaman sadan metrin päästä. Oli oikein miellyttävä yöpyminen. Huoneen ja suihkutilan kunto oli hyvä, sänky melko pehmeä. Huoneessamme oli myös pieni jääkaappi, siitä oli hyötyä eväiden kanssa.

Noisy and in need of an upgrade

This hotel has definitely known better days. The shower in particular needs to be replaced (water leaking under the door and flooding the bathroom floor). In addition there was a strong, weird smell in my room. When I asked the cleaning lady about it she proudly announced she had sprayed some kind of scent in the room but it wasn’t a pleasant smell and I found it hard to fall asleep because of it. My room on the third floor overlooked restaurant patios so I asked for another room to avoid being kept awake by the noise outside. I was given a room on the other side where I got noise from the tram… I had stayed in the hotel before and had enjoyed it at the time. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel muito bom, com quartos espaçosos e banheiro com ótimo tamanho. Fica em uma área de comércio em Bruxelas e bem perto das principais atrações. Tem estação de metrô a 200 metros. O front desk do hotel muito atencioso em especial a Paula que nos deu várias dicas de atrações e restaurantes.

En realidad esta puntuación debería ir al NH Stephanie que es donde finalmente nos alojamos porque el Nh Louisse sigue cerrado por el Covid. El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones amplias y todo muy limpio, la atención excelente lo único es que me hubiese gustado que el hotel, o vosotros, nos hubieseis avisado con anterioridad de que nuestro hotel estaba cerrado y teníamos que ir al otro y no enterarnos en la puerta del hotel viendo un papel, más que nada por ahorrarnos ese momento de angustia de estar en otro país con el hotel cerrado y sin estar segura de que pasaría.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal. Es liegt in einer tollen Gegend, sodass die Einkaufspassage fußläufig erreichbar ist. Trotz Corona gabs es ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Organisation und sehr zu empfehlen. Beim nächsten Mal wird es das gleiche Hotel :)
