The staff was great and helpful. The room had touches for the family, such as 4 cookies, Nespresso coffee pods, and the room close to the elevator. The hotel was very quiet and near great restaurants and the subway.

Very Nice Stay

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and orderly. We had a King room with a bath tub and walk out deck. Loved the deck even though it was uncomfortable smelling all the smoke from other outdoor sitters. The tub was lovely, however, it made the shower quite uncomfortable, sadly. Don't recommend paying extra for the tub unless you don't plan on using the shower.

I rarely leave a feedback. But I had an experience which is above and beyond and deserves praise. My dad and I stayed with Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman in September of 2024. My dad became ill and spent two afternoons in the hospital. The staff was so extremely supportive and helpful. The manager, Dominic went out of his way to ensure my dad was comfortable and I had what I needed to care for him. The team at the front desk; Hilda, Jed and Stefania were there to answer any questions and help as needed. The breakfast staff, which included Michaela helped to ensure my dad was well fed and nourished. These guys made a hotel a home. I do highly recommend staying here and with this team of experts. Thank you for making a possible difficult time, so much easier and memorable.
