Very nice hotel designed with unique modern retro look; one of the more uniquely decorated hotels I've stayed at. Great location, 5 min walk to grand place. Look forward to staying at in the figure.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I checked in on October 25, 2025. I wasn’t able to check in early, but the staff was able to store my luggage while I walked around and waited for my room to be ready. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The rooms are decorated in this gorgeous blue color scheme. I love the art on the walls and the wallpaper, the attention to detail is noticeable and admirable. I came back after staying in Antwerp for a few days and checked in on Thursday, October 30 and slept here for two more nights. I experienced both a single room and a double room during my time, both rooms were fantastic, though for more than one person, I would recommend a double room. I was traveling solo so a single worked well for me and I just had extra space in the double room. If I ever found myself in Brussels again, I would absolutely stay at the Craves Hotel. I kind of want it to be at my home away from home.

I got upgraded to some sort of family room, which is like a small apartment. Except for the wifi that was horrible, and that it was in another building across the street, the hotel was really nice. Location is excellent!

A pleasant stay at Craves.

We enjoyed our stay at Craves. The room accommodated our family of four. There was a large bed in a separate bedroom and a large pull out couch in the living room. The room showed a bit of wear though. A dining area with a kitchenette came in handy. The family suites are located actually across the street from the hotel in a historic building. The lift begins on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel is located on a car free street so the taxi let us off two streets away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel.

Great location.

Very convenient location for all the sightseeing and its right in the heart of all the activities. Very charming and has a very different decor than other Hotels. Downside is that cabs do not go directly to the Hotel. Pick up and drop off is away from the Hotel which is an inconvenience. Coffee and tea making facilities is available, but no refrigerator or making coffee or tea in the room. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend for its difference, charm and location.

False advertising, expected a King beds based on description which they said they had none. The main hotel had a nice lobby but we were sent across the street to some side door between restaurants. Tons of stairs and the hallways smells awful like old cooking oil. Rooms were decently clean but felt like we got scammed for the experience we got.

The bathroom flooded and unusable because the drain is blocked，the front dest lady gave us few towels asked either we clean the bathroom or just don’t use the bathroom that night, next day was raining day so we stay in our room and hotel staffs opened our door and came in without asked us or knocked the doors, this is not acceptable and very disrespectful.

Même si j'ai déjà mis un avis il y a quelques mois je remet des étoiles en plus Quel magnifique hôtel bien decoré excellente atmosphère design sans compter le parfum qui règne partout. L'équipement est parfait machine à café savon crème, échantillons, petites attentions de l'équipe et manager, un message de bienvenue La dame à l'accueil est très gentille. I loved the location of the property and the ease of checking in. It would be good to have a full length mirror in a position in the room where you can see the entire body to help getting dressed. The current mirrors are placed in a part of the room where you can not see yourself. Also, the key card access point is hard to find when entering the room due to complete darkness. A small fluorescent light would help. There were spider webs in multiple locations around the room including the bathroom above the towel rack.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.
