Afgaande op de foto's in Expedia ging ik uit van een luxe appartement. Helaas bleek dit niet het geval. Het appartement was schoon en ruim, maar de staat van het meubilair en het schilderwerk was marginaal. Verder liep de WC vaak continu door en was de afvoer van de douche verstopt. Al met al vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding matig.

The location is very good since it is close to train station and walking distance to many interest places. The unit was also very spacious and has all the amenities except lift and washing machine.

Het appartement is netjes ingericht en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum van Brussel. Gelegen aan een straat waar 's avonds en in de nacht veel verkeer en volk op de been is. Daardoor wel wat lawaai-overlast

Da vi kom t stinket det hasj i hele leiligheten. På oppvaskbørsten var det rester av tobakk. Vi måtte åpne alle vinduer og lufte i mange timer før lufta var levelig. Vi klagde til personalet i resepsjonen, men de hadde ingen ledige leiligheter. Etter to dager skulle vi bruke oppvaskmaskinen. Vi ble ganske sjokkerte da vi oppdaget flere gamle røykstumper i maskinen. Skulle ta dem og ved å løfte på sluket, for så å oppdage mugg og skitt. Vi var da takknemlige for at vi ikke hadde brukt mer av glass og kjøkkenutstyr enn nødvendig. Klagde igjen til resepsjonen som ba oss sende klage pe e-post. Har sendt både e-post og melding via hjemmesiden til Apartmens Apart. Har ikke fått svar. Er sjokkert over rengjøringen og servicen på dette stedet. Leiligheten er i og for seg fin med sentral beliggenhet, men renholdet er elendig.

Great location and good condition

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens stayed at the apartment 13 at 23 Getry for 2 nights while we were in Brussels. The apartment was near a metro stop or visitors could just walk 20 minutes from Brussels Midi station. It is also close to Grand Place and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The apartment was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had appliance we needed to make simple breakfast. Also had a washer to do laundry but no dryer, so we just dried our clothes on the drying rack. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend others to stay during their visit to Brussels.

Bello ma brutta esperienza.

L hotel è in un ottima posizione, l'appartamento è molto carino e spazioso, e molto pulito. L'unica cosa è che siamo rimasti i nostri ultimi due giorni senza riscaldamento con 3 graso fuori e senza acqua calda. Una esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Purtroppo questa situazione ci ha rovinato la vacanza e il personale se n'è praticamente infischiato.

Great apartment

Good apartment in a great location. 5-10 min walk from the grand place and 3-4 min to the nearest tube station. We had the top floor. There isn't a lift which isn't an issue for us but others might not like the flights of stairs. Lovely little roof terrace too.

This hotel is listed as 4 star at expedia / hôtel.com. Tell me, does any hotel charge you 30euro after 22h and 50€after 23h. Is that the standard of 4* property. Plus you got to call them 40 min in advance and go get keys in another adress after 22h...again is that hospitality frm 4star property. I raise question to myself regarding ratings. I would not suggest anyone and no more stay from my side. I am a golden memBer here and i wouldnt take my time unless i was offended wit this property. Havin sais that its upto you...and ya..check out is 10h30...blv me..there re lot more brussels has to offer you

Hip location BUT poor quality sheets not even tucked in, hard brick pillows, bathtub slippery, 1 euro quality shower curtain that stuck on us while slipping and showering..big sign warning water spillage causing possible damage could cost the security deposit of 150pounds which was not mentioned in the reservation! I hope we got it back! Futon bed not sofa bed Kitchen table in living room with sofa bed, no counter space Noooo deadbolts on the door, the owner said they could come at ANY time to check

L'appartamento e l'ufficio per il check in sono relativamente vicini. Anche l'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, anche se situato in una via non troppo carina. Spazio e carino, peccato per l'acqua calda della doccia che sembrava inesistente! Ben arredato(anche se la doccia in camera ci ha lasciati un po' esterrefatti) e letti comodi, cucina con tutto il necessario. Pulizie non eccellenti, abbiamo trovato la cucina un po' sporca di sugo e dei capelli nella doccia. Però tutto sommato ci siamo trovate bene.

Cero flexibilidad

Lamentablemente lo único que puedo decir es que no pude llegar al hotel ya que como llegue de madrugada y el servicio es hasta las 11 de la noche, marque al número de emergencia y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada por mi, ya que a esas horas no trabajan y además era domingo. Así que me quede sin hotel.

Great apartment in a rough neighbourhood

This was a great place for our trip to Brussels, and I can't really fault the flat itself. It was modern, quiet, clean and spacious, and we really liked having a kitchen which you obviously don't get in a hotel. The staff at the office (located about 6-7 minutes from the flat) were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were a bit unnerved by the location - it's very central which is great - but it felt a bit rundown and we didn't feel comfortable. To be fair, it wasn't just this area that we found to be a bit rough, many of the tourist streets in the centre of Brussels had the same feeling. I'd definitely recommend the apartment if it were in a different area.

Where to check in

No where on the booking site does it say that you have to check in at a random office 10 minutes away. Also difficult to find due to street names changing every block. There is no elevator so getting up the stairs is treacherous at best with luggage. The stairs were filthy and smelled of urine. The ground floor showed signs it was recently burgled. The room was clean but a little noisy. No breakfast available.
