Nice hotel but it was the people that made it amazing. Nice location to the heart of the city. Busy area. The doormen were greta and especially the nice Greek guy (Can't recall his name - although he always remembered mine!). Gave some good recommendations and very friendly.

Great location next to the Grand Place in the heart of Brussels. We had a nice room and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant and can heartily recommend the breakfast even it was n the expensive side.

I was not familiar with the hotel, we had a wonderful stay, the location is incredible, the staff was the best from the moment you arrive the doorman are there to greet you, front desk super nice and efficient. One of the best hotel experiences. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We did need help with some things and the staff delivered seamlessly. The hotel itself could not be better located. The hotel is extremely clean, pleasingly decorated, and smells nice. We did not use any of the facilities or eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. Our room was really great. Spacious, clean, and pleasingly decorated. Many electrical outlets and some direct USB. Makeup mirror and great quality hairdryer. Well laid out closet that helped us be organized. Space to organize toiletries in the bathroom. Great water pressure and temperature. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Hotel Amigo is the type of hotel that truly epitomises the five star experience. We are family of four with two under two and we landed into Brussels after 28 hours of Australia. The minute we step foot in the hotel we instantly felt relieved of all the burdens with the impeccable porters and reception staff. We were delighted to have a room available despite our early arrival - much needed for the children's (and our) naps after jet lag! The dining room was beautiful and the service was excellent, despite my rambunctious toddler inciting all sorts of calamities. The food was lovely and the coffee perfection. The hotel is unparalleled in its location - just steps away from the Grand Place as well as myriad boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. On our last day at the hotel, we had some urgent business documents that required signing and sending and they were kind enough to print and scan these for us - they truly went beyond expectations to help us! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - it will make your stay in Brussels a most memorable one.
