Stop with this pseudo high tech nonsense... Keep true and competent human beings at the reception. Your system doesn't work and is a true waste of time. The bed where I was was far from perfect. Warwick Grand-Place Brussels
The Warwick is a well appointed and comfortable hotel. We went up to the top bar but found the back ground music so loud we couldn't hear others speak, and requests to turn it down had no effect
