I will say that if it rains it’s easier to pull around to the back to get the key (we didn’t realize there was a back lot until after I’d already walked down the side). Photos of property are accurate, and the location makes it very easy to access anything and everything you need.

This was a fun place and conveniently located - near enough to zip on over to campus but on a calm, quiet street. It’s brand new with a thoughtful layout for a large group. It’s bright, spacious, and nicely decorated. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for dining-in. There more than enough towels. The host provided ample necessities (paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, lots of K-cups for the Keurig, and an abundance of basic toiletries in each bathroom). The unit had two allotted parking spaces. We will definitely consider staying here again.
