Amazing experience and rare find

This is the most interesting and unique stay my family has had. What atmosphere! We were welcomed with cake and tea and Christa was a wonderful host. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Top destination for a completely authentic old farmhouse experience with lots of charm in a very quiet German village.

Beautiful old home, could use some improvements, not recommended for a person above average height

The home is extremely unique. Beautiful living room and unique bathroom with Sauna. There is an outdoor grill area which must be amazing to use in the summer. There is a great old wood stove in the living room that adds character and ambience. If you are about 5'7" or so, I think this place would be well worth your time, however if you are over 6' I really wouldn't recommend it. You will spend your time ducking constantly as you move through the house. I believe the website stated that the ceilings were 6'5", but in the living room it can't be over 6'3", and the door jams and support beams reduce this height dramatically. The entrance to the Bathroom is about 5'4"...maybe less... which makes the use of the Bathroom less than stellar. The Kitchen is well stocked generally, but there are no knives which are useful so bring your own Chefs knife or similar if you plan to cook. Other than that you will be good to go. The bed is comfortable and sheets and pillows are very nice. There is really good airflow when the windows are open, and the area is generally quite quiet. As other users have stated, the love seats are not that comfortable, and I found it difficult to find a comfortable seating area. The owner is a real sweetheart, and you will not be disappointed by her responsiveness nor her hospitality. She brought a piece of cake for me on my arrival and it was delicious.

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Bei Ankunft gab es Kuchen und ein gedeckten Tisch. Wirklich sehr liebevoll. Die Sauna war sehr warm und gemütlich. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Handtücher und Bademäntel alles vorhanden. Allerdings könnten die Bademäntel mal ausgetauscht werden. Hatten viele Löcher. Und die Check In Information wurde leider sehr spät vorgenommen. Die Kommunikation könnte etwas besser sein.Wir können aber allem in allem das gemütliche Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Bauernhaus mit atemberaubenden Ambiente und voll ausgestattet. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich wie Anno 1747.Für Liebhaber die es rustikal mögen ein Paradies. Herzlicher Empfang mit gedecktem Kaffeetisch in der schönen Küche. Wir hatten rundum ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Bubsheim.

Prachtige accommodatie, we kwamen niks te kort.Het is alleen jammer dat er nergens in de advertentie genoemd wordt dat het plafond erg laag is, zo ook de deurposten. We hebben met enige regelmaat onze hoofden gestoten.En ook dat de accommodatie vlakbij een kerk staat, die om het kwartier de klokken luidt,dag en nacht!
De deur naar de badkamer, onze zoon is 1.90m

ein wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail in die heutige Zeit gebracht worden ist. Dementsprechend eine tolle „Heimat“ für ein paar geruhsame Tage. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, was wir auch genossen hatten. Eine Wettergarantie gibt es natürlich nicht, jedoch kann man auch Regentage in diesem Haus gut nutzen, da durch die Sauna auch ein gewisser Wellnessfaktor vorhanden ist.

Schön aber nicht exklusiv

Schönes historisches Bauernhaus, mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wirkt allerdings stellenweise etwas überladen und schmuddelig, vor allem die Sofaecke. Total harte und durchgesessene Sitzgarnitur, nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen geeignet. Gestrickte Decken und Kissen für ein Ferienhaus eher ungeeignet, weil unhygienisch. Leider kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Der angepriesene Whirlpool funktioniert schon seit Jahren nicht mehr, wie den Beschreibungen aus dem Gästebuch zu entnehmen ist. Sorry, aber wir kommen nicht mehr!

Schönes Bauernhaus

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schon etwas Besonderes (niedrige Decken, alte Materialien), das muss man wissen, aber genau das macht den Charme des Hauses aus und uns persönlich hat es sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Highlights waren die gemütliche Wohnküche und die Sauna.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Landhaus. Es ist wunderschön hergerichtet und total gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Leider war die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin recht schwierig. Der Zuber war nicht funktionsfähig und das Wasser in der Dusche teilweise kalt, das wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt. Die nette Nachbarin hat uns aber ganz lieb weitergeholfen und mit Infos versorgt.

So romantisch und gemütlich, wie man es sich vorstellt

Bereits beim Reinkommen waren wir positiv überrascht, wie unglaublich schön alles eingerichtet ist. Es war Anfang Januar und dennoch war es im Haus muckelig warm. Die Küche ist wirklich super eingerichtet, man findet alles, was man braucht, die Betten waren warm und weich. Wir waren nur drei Tage dort, unser nächster Aufenthalt wird auf jeden Fall länger. Wir wollten hier mit unseren Kindern nur ein wenig ausspannen und das hat wunderbar geklappt. Ganz großes Kompliment an dieses Haus und auch an diejenigen, die sich um das Haus kümmern. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch nochmals, dass sie mir meine Kette, die ich verloren hatte, gefunden und zugesendet haben - da merkt man, dass auch menschlich hier alles passt, auch wenn man sonst keinen Kontakt hatte. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Genau die richtige Location für ein Familientreffen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 3 Generationen (85, 60, 59 u. 22 J.) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich unglaublich gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Schon das Willkommen mit gedeckter Kaffeetafel und frischem Kuchen war großartig. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die niedrigen Balken und das Läuten der Kirchenglocken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Süßes Häuschen mit toller Küche

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit liebe- und gedankenvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche samt Gerätschaften ist ein Traum und beim Saunieren ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen. Küche, Betten, Badezimmer, alle Stellen, an denen es wirklich drauf ankommt, waren top sauber. Einzig die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren für uns ein Minuspunkt: Leider waren sie extrem hart (mit meinem Hüftschaden war es doch mehr Schmerz als Vergnügen darauf zu sitzen) und recht klein, wenn man sich als Familie an einem verregneten Mittag dort breitmachen möchte. Die Umgebung bietet für Lauf- und Wanderfreudige wunderbare Strecken und ist einfach ein Träumchen.
