“5 minute drive to Notre Dame and Trader Joe’s. 5 minute walk to neighborhood park and the river walk trail. Quiet, nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking. No traffic noise. The house is very clean with newer furniture and a ton of room.Great for extended family get togethers. -Game room down stairs for kids to play and a large TV for sports to watch. -Side yard for corn hole and quaint backyard with seating for 6 and a newer gas grill. -Large dining room, living room and 2……

“Communicative host”

“The location was perfect for our needs. We were close to our family who live in the area, a grocery store was 5 minutes away, the lovely River Walk was close by, too, providing plenty of outside time and a number of restaurants to choose from as well. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay. ”

“RENTERS BEWARE, Our group planned a stay and was welcomed with no check in or out instructions, and a list of false property insurance claims. This host compiled a list of false damages in order to be paid out for minor surfaces and items that were used/ dirty. (already incorporated for cleaning fee) Absolutely disgusting that a claim or case was built against our group so the host could get paid out. Would NOT recommend.”

“The true mark of a good host is how things are handled when something unexpected and out of their control happens. During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving……
