Die Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet. Das der Fernseher sich im Spiegel versteckt hat, hätte man beschreiben sollen. Im Badezimmer war die Dichtung an der Duschabtrennungstür kaputt, sodass das Wasser bis in den Waschbecken bereich gelaufen ist. Außerdem wies die Dusche sehr starke Kalk flecken auf.

Last stop before flight home! Beautiful hotel!
Chose hotel for our last night before flying back to the USA. Hotel had everything! Pool, gym, restaurant, bar, and close to airport! Shuttle was available. Parking also.

-Το κυρίως κρεβατι ήταν ανετο. -Υπηρχε προσβαση σε ενα ανετο και υπερσυγχρονο γυμναστηρίο. -Η καθαριοτητα ηταν καλή, όταν γινοταν. Δηλαδη ειχαμε πει στην πρωινη καθαριστρια να ερθει σε 20 λεπτα, οταν θα φευγαμε απο το δωματιο και τελικα οταν επιστρεψαμε το απογευμα το δωματιο δεν ειχε καθαριστει. Η απογευματινη καθαριστρια ηταν πολυ ευγενικη και ηρθε αμεσως ομως. -Γενικα το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο και ευγενικο. -Το δωμάτιο για οικογένεια με τεσσερα ατομα ήταν λιγο μικρο αλλα ηταν πολυ ομορφο και ανακαινισμενο. - Ανετο πάρκινγκ - Αξιοπρεπες πρωινο

We booked for three adults and we've got a sofa in the room suitable for children. Not strong enough and not comfortable. Very disappointed. As well, the parking was paid at the full price, considering the 4 star hotel category, we should get some discount because we stayed in hotel.

Good location, bad hotel.
The Business rooms are old and in a very very bad condition. The bed in very uncomfortable and they offer very cheap and small pillows. The shower cabin is full of mold. The breakfast was good and the staff was kind and friendly.

The hotel has a great location. It seems there were some renovations done, but the room I had was old and stuffy. The “king” bed were two twin beds stuck together with a mattress topper on. I would suggest to call ahead and request a newly renovated room. I did not use any amenities so I cannot comment on that.

Great staff from the reception people, starting with Bogdan, and ending with the guys in the restaurant: polite, fast, professional, efficient. We use it every time we are in Bucharest, and in spite of few little issues we are happy every time to be back. Overall great stay - good beds, nice climate equipped rooms, good size bathrooms, clean and airy.

Second and final visit
This review is specifically for the second stay my girlfriend and I had in Bucharest on our trip to Romania which started and ended in Bucharest both at Hotel Caro. Positives: The various parking lots on site had plenty of spots - easily the biggest plus. The AC and Wifi worked well. Negatives: I listed the booking for 2 people but there were only enough towels provided for 1 person so we had to request more (same problem as our first visit). Initially we only got 1 key card as well (same problem again). Considering you need a key card to activate the lights, thermostat, etc. (annoying set up BTW) it was another inconvenience to have to get a 2nd key card. Now for new issues. We didn't get free parking this visit - minor issue but still annoying. The fridge hadn't been cleaned out from the previous guest which grossed both of us out and made us worry what else hadn't been cleaned which would be an issue in normal times let alone during a pandemic. Finally the woman at the front desk was rude to my girlfriend. My girlfriend speaks both Romanian and English while I only speak English. I told the woman at the front desk my girlfriend speaks for both of us but she was dismissive towards her which bothered me. Overall: This experience was noticeably worse than the one we had at the start of our trip which was only mediocre then. This cemented we won't be back the next time we are in Bucharest.
