Wonderful hotel with lovely staff in the perfect location, quiet but steps away from the old town and all the sights. We didn’t try breakfast or any spa treatments, but the small spa area was a peaceful haven when I went at 9am.

Sehr zentral in der Innenstadt gelegenes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente. Ausserordentlich gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffett das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Spektakuläre Bar im alten Saferaum der Bank - leider waren die Cocktails nicht so gut. Sonntagnachmittag gab es Lifemusik in der schön gestalteten Lobby. Schöner, kleiner Pool mit Liegen Handtücher n, Sauna, Dampfbad im Keller, ebenso svhöner Fitnessraum. Zimmer mit Kaffee-/Teemaschine, Föhn, Bademantel, Hausschuhen. Leider hatten die Zimmer Teppichböden und Federbetten, was mir allergiebedingt nicht so gut bekommen ist. Darauf sollte im Voraus aufmerksam gemacht werden, so dass Allergiker die Chance haben allergiefreundliche Betten zu bekommen. Aussicht war auf einen nicht so schönen Hinterhof. Natürlich konnten wir unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken bis zu unserem Flug aufbewahren lassen.

This is a luxurious magnificent hotel in a beautifully restored buildind. Tha location, in the old historic section of town could not be better. The staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!

A gorgeous renovated bank building from the turn of the century. The rooms are slick and modern inside. The pool can get quite full, and the gym has decent equipment (full set of weights, basic treadmills, pull up bar and rack). The service is a let down. Simple requests for instance for a shaving kit, took well over 40 minutes; and there is generally on overall lack of polish.

Der Aufenthalt war generell sehr schön, das einzige, was ein starker Minuspunkt war, war der Ausblick aus unserem Hotelzimmer und der Geruch, der von außen in das Zimmer hinein kam. Außerdem die Umgebung von dem Hotel liest zu wünschen übrig, in direkter Nähe heruntergekommenen Gebäude und das Frühstück ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Style, staff, rooms, decorations. Ps: i would say that for a hotel like this i was expecting to have a toothbrush.... I had to go out and buy one... And also the romanian staff at the kitchen is a bit rude to the foreign staff😬... I've seen several scenes while taking my breakfast. Other then that i would rate the experience-> above and beyond!!

Great location. Great building
This historic building has been transformed into a hotel, offering a central location that is conveniently close to all key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I even decided to extend my visit by half a day, and they were very accommodating to my request. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again when I return to Bucharest.

Wir waren zum Geburtstag meiner Schwiegermutter dort, sie hat eine nette Überraschung auf dem Zimmer gehabt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, große saubere Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet lohnt sich wirklich. Auch beim Service hat alles gepasst.

The front desk, including the concierge and check-in staff offer professional service. Housekeeping staff offers the same. Unfortunately, the lobby area, including the servers in the bar, are poorly trained. On my two occasions there during my recent stay, they didn’t know the menu, they didn’t know details about anything offered on the menu. It was the only disappointing part of the service.
