Shocking Stay – Poor Hygiene and No Accountability
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the state of the room was appalling. The bed was filthy, and I had to request clean sheets—not something any guest should have to chase. Once the sheets were changed, I saw how disgusting the actual quilt was and had to ask for that to be replaced too.
The room clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was pet hair everywhere, and thick dust in areas that should be routinely cleaned between guests. Even after the room was “cleaned,” it still looked and felt unclean. I had to request that the room be vacuumed, and eventually asked to be moved to another room. Sadly, the second room was barely an improvement.
To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint and received no response from the hotel at all—completely unacceptable customer service.
On a side note, while the hotel is next to the airport, plane noise was minimal unless the windows were open, which was the only mildly positive aspect of my stay.
Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish. Avoid this hotel if you care about cleanliness, comfort, and basic customer service.
