"No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "

"Loved the pool, and the house. Did not care for the dirt roads getting to the house. They were rough and not well maintained. Also did not like finding that the pool was being watched by a camera. This that should have been comunicated"

"Beautiful attached extra suite in a beautiful neighborhood. It's right across from a playground and large grass area with sidewalks circling it for a nice walk for us and our dog. Pleasant neighbors and wonderfully accommodating hosts. To ensure our comfort, they provided a fan without request. The bed was comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep. We were only there 1 night, passing through, but it more than met our needs. We will definitely stay again!"

"If I could give 10 Stars I would do so. Gino was a fantastic host. I organized a college reunion for old friends and we all loved it. Great pool and jacuzzi...charmingly eclectic home reflecting owners travels around the world...the home was immaculate...nice big TVs and fully stocked with anything you might need. Gino wrote a great instruction manual on how everything works in the house plus he met us personally and showed us around the property. I highly recommend "
