Convenient location. Dark alleyway to go into the apartment and waited very long for the manager to arrive. Bathroom shower drain is blocked, lights broken, bed sheet is dirty.

Centralt beliggende “hotel”. Det har ingen reception, hvilket manglede meget, da det var vores første tur til Budapest og vi havde brug for at stille spørgsmål. Værelset var kun møbleret med en seng. Der var MEGET lydt, både larm fra vejen og fra de øvrige gæster. Hotellet lå tæt på det meste og det var let at stå på en bus eller metro, som havde flere stationer lige i nærheden. Vi har været ok tilfreds med stedet, men vil ikke booke det igen. Der mangler komfort, service og en reception

The location of the property was excellent, you are right in the centre of town with lots of shops, cafes and things to do. Sophie was great, she kept in contact with us before arriving and was exactly in time. She was more than helpful. The room was okay for the price however the room was cold at night and there was only one blanket per person which really wasn’t enough. The TV didn’t have any English channels or subtitles which was annoying.

Struttura pulita, stanza abbastanza grande e centralissima. Molto vicina alla fermata metro e al centro. Unica pecca è stato l'inconveniente del check in. La persona incaricata è arrivata con un'ora di ritardo a causa di un problema. Se avesse avvisato per tempo avremmo evitato l'attesa al freddo tutto quel tempo!

God beliggenhed i hyggeligt kvarter!

Værelserne er store og rigtig fine, der er hvad man behøver, og fint med det lille fælleskøkken. Placeringen er også rigtig god, i gåafstand til alt, og ligger lige ved siden af det hyggelige jødiske kvarter med uendeligt mange restauranter, cafeer og barer. Også i gåafstand til Donau og resten af de ting man skal opleve i Budapest. Kan klart anbefale at bo her!!

Positivo: Camas confortables, buena ubicación (bastante céntrico, al lado de la Gran Sinagoga), anfitriona simpática y amable. A mejorar: en nuestra habitación los enchufes no estaban en la mejor condición y había una pequeña fuga de agua en el lavabo.

Lägenheten ligger väldigt bra till, du har nära till det mesta. Det är dock ett rum i ett lägenhetshus, eget rum med toalett men övriga ytor är tillsammans med de andra som har varsitt rum i lägenheten. Ingen AC, en fläkt fanns att tillgå. Kackerlackfällor i de gemensamma utrymmen fanns..

Nos costó mucho encontrar el establecimiento, deben colocar rotulación, no solo a nosotros nos costó encontrarlo sino también a otros huéspedes. Hace falta un poco más de mobiliario en las habitaciones por lo cual se vuelven algo incómodas

Some of the furniture was a bit old, but for the price it was what I expected. Locking and unlocking the doors was a bit hard at time, but this is a minor issue. Location is excellent, it is in the center and near all historical sites. It is also not far away from the bus stop that takes you to the airport

The only positives here are the location and the size of the room. This accomodation had no reception so we were told to contact Sophie via phone when we arrived in Budapest and then again when we arrived at the address of the accomodation. When we arrived by train we attempted to contact Sophie on the number provided multiple times with no answer. We ended up sending a text message saying we'd be at the address at 2pm for check in. 2:10 came and finally our calls were returned, Sophie informed us her colleague would be letting us in...shortly after we were greeting and checked in by the housekeeper... she took our payment and no receipt was given. The room was large but pretty grubby, the queen size bed had two single sized blankets, the rug in the room looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in months, there were two towels but no bath mats or hand towels. The wifi was described as "premium" by the facility online, but it cut in and out and honestly the wifi in the local laundromat was faster. There was no housekeeping...we stayed for 3 nights and during that time we did not have our linen changed, fresh towels, rubbish removed....we even ran out of toilet paper and had to get our own. We saw a cleaner one morning and asked for fresh towels, we were told there were some issues with the washing machine and that there was only one.....just one towel for a floor full of people?! There is a communal kitchen with a small fridge full of old mouldy food. Overall, not great.

Comodissimo come posizione, basico ma essenziale e completo. Gentilissima Sophie che ci ha accolto e chiara nelle spiegazioni. Unico consiglio per migliorare, porre più attenzione ai particolari, esempio in camera vi era un unico appendino, non c'era un cestino se non in bagno, non vi era una coperta aggiuntiva se si aveva freddo la notte... tutte piccole accortezze che non rovinano un viaggio ma che potrebbero fare un ulteriore salto di qualità

Очень изношенное состояние. Плохого качества полотенца. Высушивали на батареи и все равно был запах сырости. Не уютно. В комнате стоял старый не работающий огромный пыльный телевизор. было прохладно. Хотя отопление хорошее. Одеяла не тёплые и маленькие. Подушки тоже маленькие. Все максимально экономное и жадное. На кухне мало посуды, тупые ножи. Месторасположение отличное - самый центр города. Рядом астория, торговые центры и парламент до 20 минут пешком. Это очень сильно радовало и скрашивало состояние жилья.

I was notified the same day about a last minute change in location the reason not totally clear. Something about the previous client not checking out on time and the manager not being able to reach them? In either case I was relocated to a very beautiful and what they said was a much nicer apartment, about 10 minutes from the first location. Clean, immaculate, neat and extremely presentable. Next to transportation and amenities in the downtown area. Ildi met me and was very gracious and waited for me at a late hour. The apartment was also safe and secure with proper locks and key passes. Would like to visit again for sure, but not sure if I'd get the same excellent deal and accommodations. Highly recommended!

Grauenvolles Zimmer nie wieder

Schlechtestes Zimmer was wir jetzt in Budapest hatten. Matratze durch gelegen dreckig und Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand aber die Krönung war das Bad. Komplett verschimmelt Dusche Toilette Boden ein Geruch wie in einem Biotop dieses Hotel hat keinen Stern verdient und sollte wegen Gesundheitsbedenken geschlossen werden!!!! Haben uns ein neues Hotel gesucht war nicht zu ertragen

Total heruntergekommene Bruchbude. Altes, unbequemes Bett mit ausgeliegenen Federn. Ein kleiner Nachttisch ist die einzige Ablage im Zimmer. Kein Tisch oder Stuhl, nicht mal ein Kleiderhaken im Zimmer, also muss man die Kleider entweder auf den Boden werfen oder aufs Bett. Die Toilette stank und war nicht sauber. Der Toilettensitz war kaputt und die Aufhängevorrichtung für die Duschbrause war auch nicht vorhanden. Alles war staubig und schmutzig oder schlichtweg defekt. Totale Katastrophe

Great stay

Sophie was there to greet us as scheduled. She was extremely helpful, patient, polite and eager to please. The accommodation was most convenient, right in the hub. Close to the hop on/hop off bus route and within walking distance of many fascinating places. Would definitely return.
