A beautiful 6 bedroom holiday cottage in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this lovely cottage close to Bude has all the amenities you could require, and more than enough space for up to 13 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. There's a large living space, open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large conservatory, outside patio, 6 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms as well as Wifi throughout.
The Space:
A tranquil rural retreat, this spacious cottage is the perfect base to make the most of Cornwall. The expansive interior has more than enough space for up to 13 guests to unwind. There's a large living space with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace and smart TV. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything required to cook your own meals at home and opens out in to the expansive dining room with a large dining table and views out across the surrounding countryside. There is also a large conservatory with doors that open out on to the patio, with outdoor seating available. The property offers 6 bedrooms - 2 king, 1 double, 2 twin and 1 bunk room. Each bedroom offers plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There is also an additional trundle bed that can be utilised for the 13th guest for an additional fee - please select 13 guests when booking and make us aware upon booking confirmation. There are 3 large family bathrooms all with showers, 1 wellness cold water shower, and 2 with baths - there is also an additional separate WC. There is free Wifi throughout the cottage and towels and toiletries are provided at the start of your stay. Free parking is available on site.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottage.
The Neighborhood:
A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 minutes up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.
Getting Around:
Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.

Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
