Luisa Apartment is a cozy apartment located in Budoni, renowned tourist center of Eastern Sardinia.

Placed inside a residence with shared swimming pool (10 x 15 x 1.50), the apartment is located a few minutes from the center and the sea and is an excellent starting point to explore the area rich in natural beauty, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea.
A small private garden, equipped with outdoor shower and barbecue, allows, through an external staircase, access to the apartment located on the second floor.

In the area the possibility, for fans, to practice water sports, snorkeling and diving, but also boat trips, horseback riding and much more.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of an open space entrance hall with sofa, TV, kitchen, dining room and a large window from which there is access to the outdoor terrace equipped for pleasant outdoor meals overlooking the pool inside the residence.

Completing the apartment are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single bunk beds, and two bathrooms, only one of which has a shower. The second bathroom, located inside the master bedroom, has only a toilet and sink.

Air conditioning throughout the house, free wi fi, private parking.

The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Gli alloggi sono dotati di tutti i comfort, compreso clima, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, due bagni e 6 posti letto, per cui è veramente confortevole ed accogliente. E' vicino, 800 metri circa, al mare, ma è vicinissimo, purtroppo, 80 metri circa, anche alla superstrada, la 131, quindi il riposo notturno è messo a dura prova, a causa appunto del via vai costante di automezzi
