Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Als 4köpfige Familie (Kinder 10 und 15 Jahre) haben wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Rachels Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der herzliche Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Manuella hätten wir uns nicht besser vorstellen können. Sie war für alle Fragen super schnell erreichbar und jederzeit total lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selber hat auch alles, was man braucht. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war für unsere Kids perfekt und auch für einen Strandbesuch war alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist super, da man umgehend an einem super schönen Strand ist und auch zum Einkaufen war alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben sehr viele schöne Ausflüge machen können und haben uns jedes Mal auf das Heim kommen in die gemütliche Ferienwohnung gefreut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! :-)

A quiet escape

We stayed at this property for a week in late June 2024 and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful central courtyard pool area and a private outdoor dining area that we used frequently for family meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the cooking and serving amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was able to keep up with the summer heat with no problems whatsoever. The villa was in spotless condition when we checked in, and we really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available. We took advantage of them every day. Communication with Rachel was excellent. She was very responsive, and when we had a minor issue with an expired card on file with Vrbo, she was very understanding and reached out to us proactively to resolve it. Manuella, the local caretaker of the property who lived across the street was wonderful and sweet, and despite my very limited Italian and her limited English, we managed to make ourselves understood. Thank goodness for Google Translate. There is a coffee shop and a cute little mini market within a 2 minute walk and a friendly pizza shop just down the street. Otherwise, for anything else we needed, we just drove 5 minutes to Budoni and had access to several large, full service supermarkets, shops and restaurants. I really can't think of anything to complain about. Our entire stay was absolutely fantastic and we would happily make a return visit here.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser tollen gut ausgestatteten Wohnung war sehr schön .Die Kommunikation mit Rachel war top . Manuela hatte uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt mit ihrer Herzlichkeit . Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut gelegen . Braucht aber ein Auto. Zu den Stränden war es nicht weit . Wir sagen danke liebe Rachel das du uns dein Schmuckkästchen zu Verfügung gestellt hast .

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We (2a, 2c 8 & 11) stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend it. The complex has 15 apartments sharing the pool, but during our stay many were empty and there were never more than 3 apartment’s residents in the pool as people come and go at different times so it never felt crowded. The pool is just outside the apartment and well-maintained, but worth noting neither of my children could stand anywhere. The apartment is easily the best located on the complex - being on the end means it has 3 outdoor seating areas and a small garden area. These all felt pretty private despite others being nearby and had sun/shade at different times. The apartment itself is probably the nicest we’ve stayed in - modern decor, VERY well equipped (down to a cool bag & a toothbrush charger) and was spotlessly clean. The beds are a quite creaky but we got used to how we could move in them! The only thing that we could have done with was some small cereal bowls. The location is in a small village, which has a tiny shop, a bar (great coffee & croissants and Aperol spritz) and 2 very good pizzerias. Budoni is under 5 mins by car, and here there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream shops. There is also a night market (but beware of the towing zone in the evening!) The lovely local beach is also here and where we came mostly as it wasn’t necessary to go further, although we did a couple of times, including for snorkelling. If you’re considering Sardinia - stay here!

Nice stay!

We enjoyed! The accommodation was exactly as described. We stayed with a family of 5 (3 boys aged 10, 9 and almost 7). A nice place from where we visited many different beaches. The pool was nice but less suitable for boys of this age (no jumping in, no inflatable toys, no balls and be super quiet during siesta). There was a problem in advance because there was a double booking for 1 night (never happened before). That was very unfortunate but resolved as best as possible! (an alternative good location was arranged plus money back, dinner voucher and discount next year).

La Sardaigne comme on aime

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine et n'avons manqué de rien dans l'appartement. Kathia nous a bien accueillis et reste très disponible. Great stay in Sardinia

We really appreciated this apartment. It had all that we wanted including access to the community pool. Nice beaches in Budoni and nice market in the evening. In Limppidu there is a good restaurant called La Perra which we likes! Dont miss out to try the icecream in Porto Ottiolu at ”La Frutteria”. Sooo good!!

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Im Appartement ist alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Die Lounge/Terrassen/Garten/Patiobereiche sind je nach Wetter ausgiebig genutzt worden. Der direkte Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super freundlich und die Vorortbetreuung durch Kathia war top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great stay in limpiddu

We’ve had a wonderful stay in limpiddu the last two weeks of October.The apartment was great, with a lovely little garden. The kitchen was fully equipped! We enjoyed our morning cappu and cornetto at 200 meters and the beaches at 5 minutes drive. The swimming pool was very cold (but that was not a surprise for October). Kathia was very helpful and gave us many great tips. A perfect place to explore the east and north coast of Sardinia. We would love to come back!

Toll für Familien

Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Anlage liegt in Limpiddu, mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten vom schönen Strand von Budoni weg - in der Umgebung gibt es unzählige weitere Strände. Vermieterin und die örtliche Verwalterin waren in allen Dingen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Infos über die Gegend versorgt.

Toll ausgestattetes Appartment in super Lage!

Wir haben uns während der 6 Tage mehr als wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Appartment, das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Es gab nicht nur eine umfassende Küchenausstattung, sondern auch Stühle und "Spielzeug" für den Strand, hochwertige Liegen für den Garten, eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie eine prall gefüllte Sammlung an DVDs und Spielen. Die Lage bei Budoni ist außerdem perfekt, weil man direkt an einer Autobahn ist und innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu vielen großartigen Stränden kommt. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Rachel, als auch mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort Kathia war super professionell und herzlich zugleich. Für 2-4 Personen das perfekte Appartment, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden!

Superb, down to the last detail

The property was in excellent shape, taste, and order. There was thoughtful attention to detail with regards to adequately supplying your every holiday need... extremely impressed. Communication with the owner and property manager was professional, efficient, and hospitable. On arriving we had coffee, wine, local treats, all the basic cooking and cleaning necessities and equipment: it was the best, well stocked, apartment I have ever rented and it made the holiday THAT much more enjoyable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Amazing place!

I stayed here with young family (ages 2,4 and 6) for 10 days in August. It was absolutely perfect. The apartment was really lovely inside. The decor was fab and it was immaculate inside and out, including the pool area. it had absolutely everything we needed plus more. The games, dvds and Nintendo Wii were perfect for helping entertain the little ones when it go too hot and in the evening. There was also loads of stuff to use for the beach including umbrellas, snorkels, buckets, loungers etc. The location was tranquil and peaceful. Just what we wanted. Had a real traditional Italian village feel. There was a small cafe bar 30 seconds away for fresh coffee and crossiants, plus a small mini market too. There was also THE BEST pizza takeaway 2 mins walk away. We ate here loads as really was amazing. There was also a van selling fruit, veg and wine by the litre at the end of the main road. This was great! 2 mins in the car and you were in Budoni which had everything you would expect from a seaside town, including a lovely night market, shops, cafes restaurants. Rachel provided an information sheet before our arrival with loads of info about the area with recommendation of where to eat, supermarkets etc. This was very useful. We really enjoyed some of the local restaurants and buying fresh pasta from the shop in Budoni (Rachel- the mint and ricotta WAS amazing!) We travelled to a few different beaches in the area but we concluded the best one was the closest to the apartment in Budoni. Loads of parking and 0.50 per hour or 3 euro all day. It really was stunning. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. It really was lovely and we had a truly fantastic time.

Fabulous apartment & wonderful holiday

Had a wonderful holiday in this superb apartment. The outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. Pool area kept spotlessly clean. Everything was just as described and our every need catered for. Close to local beach & town in a truly unspoilt area of beautiful Sardinia.

Lovely setting in a quiet village near fantastic beaches

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay including lots of lovely towels for the beach and sunshades etc. The pool was fab and very clean (attended to daily). The pizzas from the restaurant in the village were the best we have had so there was no need to go any further for great food for a lazy evening by the pool. The local shop sells fresh bread and good deli selection so we did not have to travel far to eat!!! The closest beach is about a 3min drive away, one of the best we went to and one of the cheapest to park at. Lovely, lovely place to stay and we hope to return. Thank you!
