「The location was great, we enjoyed Bacalar and other activities close by. The host responded quickly when we asked for a different coffee pot. The beds were comfortable the showers were great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. We would have enjoyed more water with 5 people for 5 days it wasn’t enough. The AC is only in the bedrooms and if you cook they will not cool the kitchen. Overall we felt very safe and if I wasn’t going to cook much I would love to rent again. Thanks for...

「Buena vista is about 30 minutes from bacalar town so not an ideal location. The house is remote and in the jungle , very rough terrain getting in there Read all the small print , the house is only enclosed from the elements in the 2 bedrooms , the rest ( which is essentially just a tiny outdoor kitchen , no living room at all ) is totally open to the elements and the MOSQUITOES!!! We arrived to check in and were eaten alive in 5 minutes. There were also many wasps , a few in the bedroom. We left...

「The Host(s) Mary and Jose are amazing and will make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile during your stay: Food Delivery, Ice Delivery, keep house clean ect.....Understand this....if you are going to stay here....you will need a Rental Car if you plan on seeing anything! 「Excelente ubicación. Especialmente las Suites valen mucho la pena. El desayuno es el único punto que no me encantó ya que la única forma de hacerlo un poco más completo es pagando más.」

「It was a fabulous unit! Loved the terrace for sitting out and reading my book. The rooftop pool was quiet and I soaked up all the sun up there! Easy access to everything! Very clean and modern unit! Highly recommend it and will stay there again! The bed was very comfortable!」

The microwave and stove top were not setup to work and our air conditioner went out on our second day. I would not stay here again but the...
