The communication from this hotel was extremely unacceptable. We messaged them twice prior to our arrival and asked if we were able to store our luggage until check-in time. There was no reply. I contactedExpedia to contact them on my behalf and Expedia were unable to contact them as well. The worst part of the entire entire stay was when we went to check out it was via a QR code to open the external door and our code was invalid. We were locked in a very small small space behind behind bars and had to contact the police in order to get out and once again, the hotel was not answering any of our calls to any of the numbers they provided, including the emergency contact number.
