El desayuno tiene poquísimas opciones, si se acaba la proteína no la restituyen. Decidimos sobre todo comprar comida express, el colchón es de mala calidad y no se arregló aunque nos habíamos quejado. Somos costarricenses sabemos que hay diferencias culturales. Pero ante todo nos pareció que la atención no es profesional. Le comunicamos a la administración que nos perdieron una prenda en la lavandería contratada por el Hotel, la posición de la administradora fue gritar, decir que en 70 años eso no ha pasado y que si por la queja la pretensión es un pago. No es lo esperado de una administradora.La mejor atención humana la dio la señora encargada de la limpieza, no el personal administrativo profesional. El Hotel tiene un plus y es su cercanía con la Universidad Austral. También entendemos que el perfil del hotel podría estar dirigido a estudiantes. Aún entendiendo que no es un hotel con perfil turístico y aceptando las diferencias culturales nos parece que la calidad es mala a muy mala. Finalmente en el check out nos estaban cobrando un día ya pago. El funcionario de admisión de la mañana no lo incluyó al momento de realizar el pago a nuestros ingreso hace 18 dias. Creo que deben tener cuidado con las comunicaciones de este chat porque haber puesto nuestra queja aquí redundó en un trato peor. Finalmente no volveremos acá y a los compañeros de la maestría y a la Universidad Austral le informaremos de lo sucedido. Ellos recomiendan erróneamente este lugar!

El mejor,de este lugar, son el personal que atiende. Siempre muy atentos y amables. La comida y el desayuno ,estan buenos. La habitacion (suite) no esta buena,pues no tiene manutencion. Los placares del bano resucios. Habia aranhas en el costadito del techo. Lo demas todo bien. Falta mantenimiento,no mas.

Desastre total

Pésima estadía. El "hotel" no tiene agua caliente, o tarda unos 20´ en aparecer. Cuando comenté esto en recepción, el chico con tatuajes q atiende me respondió irónicamente "pero te salió caliente finalmente, no?". Un desubicado. Tampoco había toallas para dos personas. Tuve que ir personalmente por ellas luego de pedirlas 2 veces. Y ademas son viejas, se las nota muy usadas. NO hay percheros en la habitación. La luz del baño es mínima. No hay opciones sin TACC en el desayuno suficientes. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, preferible ir a un Motel por la zona.

Mal mantenido, el diseño muy malo, parece que estas en un sanatorio. El desayuno muy pobre. No tenía agua caliente en la habitacion y tuve que ir a reclamar hasta el acceso porque no tiene ni un intercomunicador. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen... No vuelvo.

Muy maleducados y deshonestos.

me retire antes de terminar la estadia, la recepcionista y empleados muy maleducados y desconsiderados. Me cobraron de mas respecto a lo reservado y no me lo quieren devolver. Hice el reclamo con Hoteles.com y aun sin respuesta. El hotel un desastre y si bien me quede la mitad de los dias me cobraron todo y mas, una falta de respeto.

El hotel tuvo no tenia en claro lo que debía cobrarme, perdimos mucho tiempo para ingresar. Destácanos la predisposición de la gerente por intervenir y ayudar a la recepcionista para agilizar las cosas. Así todo, encontramos falencias menores, pero a esta altura, son detalles que hacen la diferencia. Como que la habitación no tenía toallas, faltaban copas en la cocina y fue un tema conseguirlo. Repito, temas menores, pero para un hotel como este, no deberían suceder.

Me gusto la ubucacion. No me gusto el baño, muy chiquito para ducharse, la habitacion sin TV y el estacionamiento, las 3 noches me tico estacionar en sitio sin asfalto, con barro, ensuciandose el auto.

La.pileta en la.pagina parecia grande pero cuando llegue era pequeña ademas habian como mas de 10 personas dentro de ella y no veo q hubieran protocolos acerca del covid.me habian dicho tambien quenla habitacion tenia frigobar y no lo tenia.

Nada que ver con las fotos que publican, ni siquiera me quede en el hotel a pesar de haber pagado toda la reserva que según ellos no era reembolsable. Termine yéndome a otro hotel. El lugar esta sucio y sin mantenimiento. En las fotos de los cuartos, no del hotel, muestran un pequeño living con sillones, eso no existe en los cuartos. Una decepción total y el precio es carísimo para lo que brindan. La noche en este hotel costaba USD85 y por 15USD mas me quede en el Sheraton de Pilar. Ademas les pedi que me cobren de una tarjeta Argentina en pesos y me cobraron de la tarjeta extranjera a cambio oficial. Un desastre todo.
