Cheerful and comfortable two rooms studio in the best area of ​​Villa Crespo. Just a few blocks from Parque Centenario, Palermo and the outlets. Steps from Av. Corrientes, where you can reach the metro line B and numerous bus lines. Surrounded by everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and bars.
A unique space, newly conditioned, and equipped with everything you need to make your time in Buenos Aires fantastic.
We invite you to our beautiful 37m2 apartment located in a building with 24-hour security. The location can't be beat! It has high-speed Wi-Fi, and AC in both rooms. The bedroom, with a two-seater box spring, has a window to the street and a comfortable closet. In the living room, we have provided a table with 4 chairs, a 43-inch LED television with cable service, and a single sofa bed. And it has a nice French balcony! The kitchen, separated from the dining room by a serving hatch, is modern and very complete. There, you will find a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a electric kettle. In the bathroom, which includes a bidet, we have removed the bathtub so that the shower is also easily accessible for older people or those with mobility problems.

Villa Crespo gateway

Great location close to the subway and buses. Just a few blocks from Palermo which has tons of bars and restaurants.I enjoy my stay very much; the manager was very friendly and prompt to reply to any on my inquiries.It was a great experience overall... I recommend this location
