Horrible experiencia

Horrible experiencia. Llego al departamento y lo encuentro como está en las fotos. Me cobraron por entrar 1h antes (US$25) y así lo encuentro. Ninguna devolución. Te cobran por respirar de una forma diferente de lo que quieren ellos. Pésimo servicio, arrepentimiento total de haberlo rentado. De hecho voy a un hotel por la decepción que ha sido ese proceso.

El edificio es muy lindo y nuevo . El departamento no estaba sucio pero toda la vajilla estaba sucia y tuve que lavarla antes de usar.no parece que lo hayan limpiado antes de que llegaramos Tiene bañadera , Dificil de entrar a la baniadera, bien incomoda, debido a la forma en que esta diseñado el baño. Las puertas no cierran bien El ingreso a la propiedad: me dieron el codigo mal y tuve que mandar texto para avisar La llave de entrada del edificio era un chip de plastico: nadie me explico que eso no era una llave, y nunca habia visto una llave asi, asi que por favor que expliquen. Me mandaron un monton de textos a ver si queria limpieza…. Molesto Me mandaron texto a ver si queria hacer check out tarde y cuando pedi me dijeron Que no se podia….

Todo muy lindo y limpio

Muy amable Betiana con predisposición a la hora de entregarme la llave aunque le cambie dos veces el horario. El lugar limpio y ordenado. Silencioso y para nuestra necesidad perfecto la ubicación.
