The hotel has a perfect location; everything is available within a block or two (groceries, cafés, restaurants, excellent bakery) . The room was quiet, with the balcony shaded by trees on the street. The room was exquisitely clean, and well appointed, the bed, very comfortable. My only reservation is about communication: it is somewhat difficult to get someone to communicate with.

Staff only was saw during the welcome arrival moment and they were very pleased and helpful. In terms of maintenance, I was under the impression they will check the place at least every other day but they didn’t. Apparently it was my fault because I didn’t send them a message to request the service. The only time, I requested to pick up the garbage. The WhatsApp chat told me the staff wasn’t available because the holiday.

Let me just say that the only big issue we had was that when we arrived from Southern California was that we arrived on a rainy day and could not get into the building because we did not get a code that is required to get into the building. So, we ended up waiting for an hour outside in the cold. There is a desk in the lobby, but no one is ever there. You need a code to get into the building and a code to your room. And because we were not aware of the lack of safety in Argentina, when people came out of the building, they did not let us in to the warm lobby, out of the rain because of safety concerns. This was a poor first impression. However, once everything was resolved, the room was nice, clean and sufficiently modern. It was no necessarily like in the pictures, but it was fine - smaller than expected, but fine. The ladies who cleaned the room were wonderful and kind. We were so happy they took care of us. They made our stay at LeCoq worth it. Just make sure to let them know exactly what you need before you run out of toilet paper and towels. So, all in all, this property is nice for the most part. Definitely the best part of the stay was the service we received with the ladies. The thing they need to work on is communication with guests. This review comes from someone who used to work at the Four Seasons in Newport Beach, California. So, I know what is needed to make a stay worthwhile. A client will always overlook the neighborhood if the service wows them!

Hermoso depto, buena ubicación, limpio y muy atentos. A mejorar: el horario de atención termina a las 17hs y el número que tienen de emergencia no responde. Por ende si te sucede algo después de las 5 de la tarde, no tenes respuesta de nadie hasta el otro día. El número de emergencia debería contestar a cualquier hora, porque justamente es de “emergencia”. Por lo demás, de diez.

PÓS:Tudo muito limpo. ´Fomos muito bem atendidos pelas moças (limpeza e supervisão). Apartamento lindo com cama de casal muito confortável, guarda-roupa enorme, ar-condicionado no quarto e no outro ambiente, que é conceito aberto. Utensílios, mesa e cadeiras para cinco pessoas. Máquina lava e seca, fogão elétrico com duas bocas, geladeira, etc. Torneiras com água quente e fria. CONTRA: Chegamos à noite, por volta das 22h30min e não havia ninguém para nos receber. Apesar de termos a senha eletrônica para entrada no prédio/apartamento fiquei muito apreensivo, pois se acontecesse algo de errado como resolveria a situação àquela hora? As respostas pelo whatsapp são demoradas e em espanhol.

O prédio é seguro e confortável. É necessário utilizar senha para entrar no hall e no quarto. A vizinhança é agradável, embora seja distante do centro da cidade, aonde está a maioria das atrações e passeios. Os quartos são equipados com chaleira elétrica, microondas, geladeira, torradeira. Disponibilizam 1 troca de toalhas a partir de 7 dias de estadia. A varanda possui uma vista incrível e aconchegante. A cama é confortável e o quarto dispõe também de ar-condicionado. Contudo, as paredes são finas. Ouvi a festa de um vizinho que foi até 6 horas da manhã. Além disso, a comunicação deixou um pouco a desejar. Às vezes, as mensagens demoravam mais de 1 dia para serem respondidas. Uma sugestão, além de responder as mensagens em tempo hábil, seria incluir um cesto para deixar as toalhas sujas dentro do quarto, além de disponibilizar café solúvel (só tinham 2 para uma estadia de 1 semana).

creo que esta bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados y mercados locales. hay un mall cerca. la calle gallo no esta en las mejores condiciones y de noche puede ser un tanto insegura (poca luminosidad y escombros) pero si te movilizas en taxi o aplicaciones como uber, cabify no hay inconveniente.
