The beautiful old hotel did not live up to our expectations. While it is gorgeous in the lobby, we found our room to be lack luster. Very nice, modern and comfortable. Located really close to Regent and shopping/restaurants. They even shoveled snow for me and brushed the snow off my car the morning I left! Love that! Would stay here again.
