“When we arrived, someone was living there. The individual living there said the property was her brothers and he was going thru a divorce. The ex keeps listing the property to get back at her brother. The listing was completely fraudulent. Thankfully, the VRBO customer care team was terrific and remedied the situation. ”

“We had a very nice stay with only a couple minor bugaboos. The place has a tankless water heater, which required blasting the water in the sinks for it to activate. Otherwise you'll only get cold water. Sort of related, the steam from the shower managed to set off the smoke alarms one of the nights, which caused a minor panic.
