“When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. “El establecimiento tiene muchisimo potencial, pero la administracion no presta atencion a los detalles. Al llegar, nuestra cabaña quedaba dos pisos dejabo, y sin ninguna ayuda de parte del establecimiento pues tuve q bajar el equipaje y lo mismo con la subida del mismo. Dentro de la cabaña existian espacios sin limpiar desde hace cierto tiempo. Nadie nos pregunto al momento de hacer el check-In si nos servia una cabaña dos pisos debajo, con dos niños pequeños y una persona de la tercers edad……
