千萬不要訂這酒店
酒店位置很遠，很難找，道路狹窄危險，單程路，上落同一條狹窄小路，非常危險，如果沒有租車，更加不要去，很遠，不近任何景點，晚上酒店沒有服務員，我們聞到一些消焦味，以為電器有問題，整晚不敢睡，十分可怕。

Perfect place for peaceful stay.
Location and panoramic views from the hotel were fabulous. Room wasn’t as luxurious as advertised or expected but adequate for 2 nights. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Location was out of the way, but if you want peace and quiet then this would be the perfect place. Lots of original features, character and outside terraces gave amazing views.

Emplacement magnifique
Personnel de la réception au top. Les chambres pourraient être mieux achalandées, par ex machine à café, thé, frigo, vraie place de rangement pour habits. Piscine principale un peu petite, mais nous n avons pas vu l autre. Pour pouvoir manger à midi, il faut réserver à l avance, quelque peu embêtant, sachant qu il n y a pas d autre possibilité proche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, assez de choix. Les gros points positifs sont l’environnement, le jardin magnifique,un grand BRAVO aux jardiniers, la vue exceptionnelle et la sérénité que dégage cet emplacement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vi hadde et fint og hyggelig opphold på dette hotellet. God frokost, og serviceinnstilt personale. Bassengområdet, det som lå litt nedenfor hotellet, trenger en oppgradering.

They messed up our booking and we had to leave after 2 days instead of 4. They did make an effort to make good by giving us a free pasta dinner and table wine, as well as a discounted drive to Luca and back. They covered the booking for 2 nights at another hotel , but it was of much lower quality and we left that hotel and got another on our own.

No tenemos nada NEGATIVO que opinar. Algunas semanas antes Elisa la chica de la recepción estuvo respondiendo mis correos. Elena fue una maravilla al llegar al igual que Dina la chica del restaurant. Raul el Señor que nos trasladó de regreso a la estación. Todo es magia en este sitio la cena fue de 5 estrellas todos geniales. Lo recomiendo y lo repetiría ! .

Fantastisk sted med skøn autentisk indretning, dog stadig med moderne komfort. Super udsigt og placering lige mellem Lucca og Firenze. En stemning ud over det sædvanlige. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Fint hotel, desværre dårlig modtagelse
Dejligt billigende hotel, som udgangspunkt godt sted - dog var der et par problemer: Ved indtjekning spurgte vi om vej til nærmeste skadestue, da vi havde været i et mindre sammenstød med en anden bil og skulle bruge et lægecheck. Dette blev ignoreret fuldstændig af personen i receptionen, der derudover forekom at være helt uinteresseret i at byde os velkommen. Døren blev smækket bag ham, da han havde lagt vores nøgler på værelset og sagt “ok, bye” på vej ud af rummet. Derudover holdt vores aircon op med at virke om eftermiddagen, da det var 35 grader udenfor. Det blev heldigvis løst, men igen fik vi ikke noget information og måtte selv høre receptionen efter flere timer, om de arbejdede på at ordne problemet. Restauranten serverer rigtig fin mad og personalet der er meget imødekommende. Men det generelle serviceniveau er lidt lavt ift. prisen for et værelse.

Für 5 Sterne reichts noch nicht ganz
Unterkunft, Umgebung und Leute waren sehr gut. Leider passieren beim Essen noch kleine Fehler. So versuchte man einen Wein zu dekantieren, nachdem wir diesen als schlecht bezeichnet hatten, zu retten. Um nachher zu bestätigen, dass er schlecht war, was wiederum von Grösse der Gastgeber zeugte. Auch mit Kombinationen in Gerichten gibts manchmal ein Fragezeichen. Garnelen auf rohem Gemüse und das unterlegt mit einem frischen Fruchtsalat. Wäre eine gute Idee, wenn dann nicht alles gleich schmecken würde. Die Idee muss weiter entwickelt werden. Aber alles in allem war unser 2ter Aufenthalt rundum gut und wir kommen wieder.

Last miunte quick break
Welcome and transportation to reception in a golf buggy was novel. Pool is maybe a little bit far from the hotel if you were going to use it a lot. The staff, food room and everything made it a wonderful stay though and well worth the price.

Das gesamte Servicepersonal war ausnahmslos immer besonders freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden immer mit einem Lächeln aufgenommen und erfüllt. Das Ambiente der Villa ist toll und jedes der Zimmer ist einzigartig. Besonders ist auch die natürliche Gestaltung der Restaurant-Terrasse hervorzuheben - es war toll, zwischen Zitronen an der historischen Mauer mit Blick über die Ebene zu frühstücken. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Das ganze Anwesen, Lage, Gartenterasse und die herrliche Aussicht über die Olivenhainen war einfach schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und das Abendessen hat und sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben lediglich den Tresor im Zimmer vermisst.

Extraordinaire moment de bonheur
Un lieu exceptionnel dans tout notre voyage italien. Une authentique demeure historique, raffinée, avec ses éléments d'époque. Le personnel est aimable et attentif, les petits dejeuners excellents riches de produits maison, un bon café parfumé. Quel bonheur ! La belle terrasse en surplomb avec une vue panoramique et l'apéritif au soleil. Un jacuzzi dans un petit jardin. Bref, c'était un de nos plus beaux moments. Merci

Our favourite hotel!
A must-book! It would be a mistake to skip this hotel over. The hotel was absolutely spectacular on every variable. The historic villa was gorgeous, the room was spacious and elegant, and the views were out of this world. Dinner served in the bottom floor restaurant was delicious, served in a pretty little room. Breakfast was perfect and came with the option to eat on the outdoor terrace next to the gardens and breathtaking view. Have travelled all over and this has been the best hotel we've found. Well worth the trip even if it's out of your way a bit.

Romantic and fairy tale location
Villa Sermolli is a dream location in Toscany, specially for lemon trees lovers like me. The service in the restaurant and also the food were amazing. I wish I could have stay more to discover the town, but just staying in this lovely villa with the love of my life was more than enough.

Unforgettable stay!
Very well managed, charming old villa, in great condition, overlooking superb terraced gardens with exotic plants and Tuscan countryside. A dream! Many thanks to Elena, Martin, Elisa, Olga and the whole team, for their warm, fantastic service, which made us feel like home. Our large, clean, functional room, very large bathroom and extra large terrace covered by wisteria was a bonus to the fantastic ambience of the place. We will return!

Vi kände oss lurade av ägaren då han krävde oss på betalning för frukost trots att vi bokat och fått bekräftelsemail att frukost ingick i vår grundbokning. Han var dessutom nonchalant. Hotels har skrivit att hotellet har 4 stjärnor, vi tycker det vore mer passande med max 2. En kväll möttes vi av en berusad servitör vilket inte var så trevligt. Vi kan inte rekommendera Villa Sermolli till andra resenärer. Om vi fått pengarna tillbaka hade vi omgående bytt hotell.

Vi är två par som bokade Villa Sermolli efter den fantastiska beskrivningen på Hotels.com, men det var långt ifrån med sanningen överensstämmande. På Hotels.com är hotellet fyrstjärnigt, men i verkligheten endast max tvåstjärnigt. När vi kom till hotellet fanns ingen personal på plats förutom en tjej i receptionen. Hon gjorde så gott hon kunde utifrån de förutsättningarna hon hade. Vid middag på hotellet dag 2 möts vi av en höggradigt berusad manlig servitör. Uruselt! Frukost skulle enligt Hotels.com ingå vilket stod i mailbekräftelsen vi fick. Vid utcheckning påstår ägaren att vi har gjort en bokning UTAN frukost vilket slutade med att vi per par fick betala 72 EURO extra för frukost vilket den inte var värd. LURADE!!!! Han nonchalerade oss totalt. Bo inte här!!
