"Excellent resort, not a lot to complain about on site, but it may not be what you're looking for if you plan on going around visiting Bali. It's a little out of the way and traffic is pretty atrocious unless you're heading out early in the morning (before 11 AM). My visit was for an event and it ended up being difficult every time we needed to head out. Calling for a ride can take quite some time, and going anywhere required at least 40 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend this location if you plan on remaining on resort for the majority of the time, it is very comfortable and services are excellent."

Staff went above and beyond to help us at all times, including providing lunch boxes for us at 6am for our day trip and dealing with any requests we had."

"편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 여느 큰 프랜차이즈 다웠어요. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 룸도 크고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 조식이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 아침부터 거하게 먹는 스타일이 아니라 크게 영향받지 않았어요. 아!! 특히 직원중에 라라가 정말 너무 친절했어요!! 그녀덕분에 더 따듯함을 느꼈습니다!! 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다!!"
