「I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. We attempted to get someone to come the door, no response and no way to contact resort. The pictures looked nothing like an ocean view from the outside that’s listed in the pictures. The entire experience almost ruined my trip. We...

「We checked in here on the day of our departure with the sole intention of giving us somewhere to leave our bags and freshen up ahead of our late-night flight. If you’re after a central location with a pool and polite staff, then go for it. However, the room is small; it's hot even with the aircon on, and the bathroom is just okay - no shower drainage. Also wanted to be near the beach, but Jimbaran Beach was a huge disappointment. Rubbish on the beach was tolerable, but under the water!?! We...

「This place was a DUMP! The room was filthy. Conditions were so poor that I checked in at 2:30pm and checked out before 7pm. The walls had what looked to be mold growing on them, there were stains on the sheets, thick soap scum on the shower glass and bathroom faucet was loose. I would not advise anyone to stay there.」

「We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to...
